So after looking at today's entry and then back at yesterday's, I've changed them. Building the model plans is really more of a hobby than a talent, so I've relabeled it.
Which means I have to tell you all a talent of mine. I really hate questions like this.
Since Gwen already knows and she's told Toshiko (who's probably told Ianto)... and I'm pretty sure Rose and the Doctor know from our time traveling together...
I can sing.

I know it's going to sound like I'm copying Gwen, but her answers are the same as mine: Getting married to her, and finding out that she was pregnant with Jacob.
For me though, there's another one. It wasn't on a specific date, but it still means a lot to me: When Alice and Steven finally let me become a real part of their family.
I know my original team was always frustrated about how little you knew about me. I kept a lot of secrets from you. And yes, there's still lots of things I haven't told any of you (including Gwen) about my past. I don't like to focus on the past. Because of my unique condition, I've had to reevaluate a lot of things about how to live life. I have a tendency to look at the bigger picture, rather than the small things when it comes to making the hard decisions.
This little project of Tosh's was a great idea. It's helping each of us to get to know each other better. Unlike regular people, I'm going to lose each of you someday. Everything matters and each moment is precious.
When I left and ran off with the Doctor and Martha, I took a lot of things for granted. That all changed though. I changed. If you had told me back in January that I was going to get married, move out of the Hub, and have a kid on the way, I would've said you were crazy. But now I can't imagine living that life again.
So to each of you, thank you. You're all part of my family (whether you want to be or not! haha) and you all help make each day special.

Yeah, yeah... I know. It's an old book. But for some reason, I've always liked it and I've lost count of the number of times that I've read it. And yes, my copy is usually up in my office for when I'm really bored and have nothing to do.
Anyways, this book has a little of everything. Death, murder, mystery, pirates, weapons from the future, etc.
And I like the author. I've read all of his sci-fi novels, as well as some of the stories he'd published in magazines over the years.
Synopsis:
The death of an independent asteroid miner would be no unusual news to the Martian colony. Asteroid mining was gambling, for high stakes, with your life in constant jeopardy. But when Roger Hunter's mangled body was found in the exploded wreck of his ship, his two sons found reason to suspect murder. Their father appeared to have made a discovery which would affect the course of history. Suddenly, certain space pirates found they had to cope with a ghost that belonged to the past, and a weapon that belonged in the future.
